Our Untermüllerhof in Meransen, Pustertal Valley, is in a particularly quiet, sunny spot, surrounded by green pastures and with wonderful views over the Dolomites! In summer, hikers and climbers are drawn to the mountains nearby. Cyclists can whizz through this lovely, unspoilt setting, past picturesque churches and chapels. The winter months, on the other hand, belong to the cross-country skiers, and to lovers of Alpine or traditional skiing and snowshoeing. The Gitschberg-Jochtal area is a real paradise for winter sports enthusiasts. But here’s the real highlight: our Untermüllerhof in Meransen, part of the Pustertal Valley municipality of Rio di Pusteria, is the ideal starting-point for many adventure-packed leisure activities, both in summer and in winter!
And when you return from your excursions dive into our infinity pool with a view of the imposing Dolomite peaks. Recharge your batteries in the Montis SPA and enjoy the beneficial warmth of the sauna and steam bath. Moments of silence await you in the hay room or in our relaxation rooms.
In the morning and evening you will be delighted with traditional specialties paired with Mediterranean Dolce Vita in the restaurant of Milla Montis. Chef and owner Roland attaches great importance to the origin of the ingredients. Therefore, the meat comes from farms, where animals are kept appropriate to their species, fresh fruit and vegetables are supplied by South Tyrolean farmers and the flour for our bread and cakes is made of traditional corn types.
